What's Black, White and Red All Over?

 

Oh hey June, just when I was getting used to you, I realized you will be over come next week. 2013, you are the fastest year to date.

You better watch out, you might get a reputation.

I wore this dress to shoot a babyshower, and it made me feel self-concious about all those things I usually stress over, but I wore it anyways. I'm quite literally trying to put myself out there more. Arms, shoulders, they make an appearance.

(I played peekaboo with Shannon's laundry, that's not weird at all)

I'm shooting a family brunch session tomorrow, and then I have break for a few weeks from paying gigs. I hope future Meredith takes advantage of this free time and shoots something really awesome, just for herself.

I cannot wait to share the photos of my niece Isla, but I promised I would wait until I sent Lauren her copies, before I posted them online. I'm already just a proud aunt though, so I want to show everyone how cute she is and all the quiet,lovely moments I captured the night of her birth.

Other than that, not too much to report. I've been working a lot and trying to build up the spa's web presence. That's why if you follow me on twitter and/or facebook, you will see a lot of plugs for deals we have going on, etc etc

I do hope you are having a very lovely weekend. The Ginge and I are about to meet our friend Brad to have another Sci-Fi-filled Saturday, so as Picard would say we are about to "make it so."

P.S. thanks to my Aunt Celeste for giving me the JC Penny giftcard that I used to buy this dress. It was in the Juniors section, and  yes, I realize I'm too old to shop in that section ...

This dress is so cute! Very ModCloth-esque, I would say, haha. I know it's hard to overcome our own areas of self-consciousness, but from what I can see, you have NOTHING to be self conscious about. You look fantastic. <3 I also love that laundry photo, weird or not :)
